THE FISHBOWL This time next year, Dickies Arena in Fort Worth’s Cultural District should have a roof on it. Work on the multipurpose facility on the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus is, as they say, blowin’ and goin’. Drivers along Montgomery Street might find traffic slow, but we’ve watched a few little kids sit across the street in awe of the ultimate Bob the Builder live action show. And while we’ve not been inside to observe it all from another perspective, photographer Ralph Lauer has. He pondered what it would take to leave it open, seal up the walls and add water to create the world’s biggest swimming pool.
